Rather than an aggregator that simply collects recipes from elsewhere, every cocktail entry — ABV, ingredients, technique, and taste description — is personally reviewed and authored by the editor. Backed by the Craftsman Bartender certification, the site combines classical IBA-style references with the practical conventions used in Korean bar culture.
Why Recitail exists
While preparing for the Craftsman Bartender exam, it became clear how scattered cocktail information can be: ABV figures and ratios differ from one site to the next, and many articles are just lightly translated copies of English originals. “If you look up a cocktail, you should find ABV, ingredients, technique, and a tasting note clearly laid out on a single, trustworthy page.” That simple wish is where Recitail started. Every entry is verified personally, and corrections from readers are acted on quickly.
